I am Dino A.E. Subingsubing, currently Project Communication Specialist of the TB LINC project (Linking Initiatives and Network to Control Tuberculosis) - a USAID-assisted Philippine Business for Social Project (PBSP) project- and former Information Coordination Officer of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Philippines country office, and with more than two decades' experience in development work. My experiences have been mostly along the lines of information and communication work - specifically research, documentation, publications [RDP] and media liaison and advocacy. I have worked likewise with local and international organizations in the fields of social development / social action, primary health care and reproductive health. Aside from being a specialist in the abovementioned communication and information fields, I have also had experience as a trainer.
